All orders are processed same or next business day. Items have different lead times so please confirm availablity with customer service before ordering.
We have partnered with a range of leading LTL (less than truck load) carriers across the Canada to ensure fast and accurate shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
If applicable to Product Free Shipping only Valid for Commercial Address with Dock/Forklift. Additional flat $200 are subject to be charged for Residential Locations. (Verify individual product pages for free shipping eligibility)
LTL freight delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once a product has shipped, delivery timing may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and other factors. Typically, LTL shipments within Canada are delivered within 10 business days. Receiver must have a dock, forklift, or other means to unload without driver assistance.
GroundProMats retains the authority to cancel an order when a substantial discrepancy arises in cost while shipping the order. Please be aware that shipping rates can undergo changes due to various factors, including fluctuations in fuel prices. In such instances, GroundProMats will promptly notify the customer of the cancellation and initiate a refund for the order.
